Unlock & Amplify is a small-group program for women who know they have something to contribute and haven't quite worked out what it is, how to say it, or what to build with it. Some are mid-career and restless. Some have just left a big role. Some have been quietly carrying a team for years without the title.

We use the Humanise capabilities as a lens on questions like these:

• What do people come to you for, even when it isn't your job?

• What have you learnt the hard way that other people haven't?

• What problem would you work on if nobody was paying you?

• Which of your capabilities are you underselling, and which are you tired of?

Then we turn it into something real. A new role, a portfolio career, a business, a body of work, or just a clearer way of describing what you do.
