Leadership coaching
A thinking partner for the parts of leading you can't take to your team.
Most of the leaders I work with are good at their jobs. That's often the problem. They've been rewarded for having answers, and now they're facing questions where the answer isn't the point: a role that's changed shape, a team that's stopped moving, a decision with no clean option, or a quiet sense that the way they've always led isn't going to carry them through the next five years.
Coaching with me is a place to slow down, think out loud, and hear what you actually think.
What we might work on
Stepping into a bigger role, or out of one
A decision you keep circling
A team that's busy but not aligned
Leading through change you didn't choose
What your leadership looks like when AI changes the work
Boundaries, energy, and what you're carrying that isn't yours
Working out what you're actually for
How I work
I'm not going to give you a ready-made answer. I'm going to notice things: the assumption you keep returning to, the conversation you're avoiding, the gap between what you say matters and where your time goes. Then I'll say it out loud, carefully.
We use five steps, loosely:
01
See
what's actually happening, not the version you've told yourself.
02
Name
what's really in the way.
03
Clarify
what matters now, and what you're willing to trade.
04
Choose
where to put your energy, and what to stop.
05
Act
and come back to see what you learnt.
The Humanise framework sits underneath, as a lens on which of your capabilities to lean into, which to build, and which you can let go.

What coaching is and isn't
Coaching is forward-looking work on how you lead and the choices in front of you. It isn't counselling or therapy. If something comes up that needs a different kind of support, I'll say so and help you find it.
